- I was a Cub Scout when there were Lions but no Tigers (oh my), Den Mothers and only 1 year of WEBELOS! In Boy Scouts we wore the medium green collarless short-sleeve shirts and our council patch was just an arched name of our city and state! I still wear my old uniforms, but most of the patches and insignia are more recent. Mike Bowman and I brainstormed the KNOTS or Not cartooning idea back in 1999 and I've been doing them ever since!
